2. Age Restriction

All services, including both sessions and counseling, are strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.
We do not accept clients under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

3. Conditions of Use

This service is available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You have adequate awareness and responsibility regarding your own mental and physical condition, and understand and consent to the nature of the service.

• You provide accurate and truthful information when booking.

• You agree to treat the provider and the space with respect and mutual trust.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services in the following cases:

• If you display violent, coercive, or intimidating behavior.

• If you engage in illegal acts or behavior deemed socially inappropriate.

• If you attempt to record, photograph, or otherwise document the session without permission, or if such intent is suspected.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Recording, photographing, filming, or taking screenshots during sessions or counseling without explicit consent.

• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, reuse, or commercialization of any service content.

• Actions that infringe upon the dignity, safety, or rights of other users or the provider.

• Registering under a false name or providing deceptive information.

• Using the service for purposes other than its intended intent, or misrepresenting its nature in public or online platforms.

If any of the above violations are discovered, future use of the service will be refused and legal action may be taken as necessary.

5. Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to reservations are handled as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund

• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours in advance: 50% refund

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable

Please note that rescheduling is treated the same as cancellation.

Even if you had chosen to pay in cash on the day, any applicable cancellation fees must be settled via bank transfer.

Individual experiences may vary greatly in terms of depth, perception, and response, and the provider accepts no responsibility for these differences.

Copyright and all related rights belong to Mio.
